Wasteland is the eighteenth chapter of Resistance 3.

Synopsis

Joseph continues his advance to the tower, but faces densely fortified positions held by the Chimera. He finds traces of the SRPA's failed assault on the tower four years prior as wreckages of C-130 planes and Hawks along with the frozen corpses of Black Ops soldiers scattered across the frozen city.

Joseph reaches Central Park which is near the tower. He fights through Chimeran forces before being overwhelmed by Goliaths that guard the tower. However, the Remnants' VTOL arrives to rescue Joseph before flying away from the battlefield and the tower.

Journal Locations

• Particle Smashing: At the beginning of the chapter by the dead body of a Black Ops soldier with EMP grenades.
• Bloodbath: Near all the dead bodies on the table with the radio.
• Fall Back: In Central Park, inside the downed VTOL, in the lake.

• There are Furies frozen under a lake in Central Park.
• In Central Park, there is a VTOL with a snowman inside. This can only be seen with a Deadeye.
