Re: Periodic power fluctuations on Ellis Island
Date: July 28th, 1951
Per your request I made contact with the Federal
Department of Energy regarding the unusual power
fluctuations and brownouts associated with Ellis Island
but received only vague answers and a promise to
"check on it."
At this point it's clear that something strange is taking
place inside the old immigration complex. I recommend
a trip out to see what is going on and make sure the old
substation isn't about to blow. If it did half the city of
New York would go down with it.
