Tom is a member of the Minutemen who wrote a note to his friend Alfie. In the note he says that he and his fellow Minutemen had killed several Chimeran soldiers and seized a cache of Bullseyes. He recommended the Bullseye to be the standard weapon for the Mintutemen.[1]
