Comic Cover[]

I need a larger cover version of the collected edition of Resistance. Also need to get rid of "other version" part, don't really need it. Look on other gaming fansites and wikis with comics.--Drgyen 23:46, May 8, 2010 (UTC)

Sequel[]

Get rid of the "possibility of a sequel" okay. Talked about it on the blogs.

Hybrids or Grims[]

The Chimera seen in issues #3-5 are Hybrids, not Grims. They have a muscular physique, sharp claws and pronounced jaws, which Grims don't have. The reason these Hybrids are naked is that they have just emerged from their cocoons. In issues 4 and 5 some of them do have cooling units. 110.174.166.224 04:00, June 11, 2012 (UTC)

Those things were made from humans turned by Spinners.--Drgyen 07:22, June 11, 2012 (UTC)
Yeah, so what? Are you saying that Spinners can't turn humans into Hybrids? That's not what the Spinner pages says. NetSpiker (talk) 04:10, March 9, 2013 (UTC)
Are you referring to me, or the unknown guy? The Grims that look like Hybrids in the comics I believe is more artistic license.--Drgyen (talk) 08:18, March 9, 2013 (UTC)
I am the unknown guy. I was referring to you. Here's a quote from Resistance: The Gathering Storm page 278:
"Like the rest of the forms to which the Chimeran virus had given life, the Spinners had a specific purpose, and an important one. That was to take human beings, and seal them inside a chrysalis-like cocoon, where a complex series of chemical reactions converted them into whatever type of Chimera was in short supply. Hybrids mostly, since they were the foot soldiers in the battle to conquer Earth..."
This proves that Spinners can turn humans into Hybrids. NetSpiker (talk) 09:42, March 9, 2013 (UTC)
To be honest with you, Gathering Storm have some not so accurate things that is not consistence with Resistance canon. I could say again it could be more artistic license than fact. The Spinners were exclusive as a other meaning resort to the Carrier problem as depicted in Retribution. In R2, the Chimera do still abduct some human populations and convert them into other strains, such as seen in Holar Tower when Echo Team found preserved human bodies.--Drgyen (talk) 19:26, March 9, 2013 (UTC)
Even if the games only show Grims emerging from Spinner cocoons, that doesn't mean that Spinners cannot create other strains. The games don't show everything. Spinners are supposed to be a replacement for Carriers and conversion centres, so it wouldn't make sense if they could only create Grims, which are an undesirable byproduct of the conversion process. It could be reason that the Grims were basically being used as cannon fodder, wiping out human cities and creating the Grims to wipe out the survivors and area deniability to their enemies.--Drgyen (talk) 18:40, March 12, 2013 (UTC)
