The Smoke Grenade is available only in Resistance 3 Multiplayer mode. When thrown, it releases smoke that obscures an area, concealing friend and foe alike. However, it does not prevent enemies from seeing the opposing player's nameplate, and it also does not affect Thermal Vision, Vital Signs, Breach Turrets, or the Deadeye upgrade. It is the third grenade acquired after unlocking the Hedgehog Grenade.
