The Schrotflinte Combat Shotgun is a 12-gauge double-barrel combat shotgun that appears in Resistance: Retribution.
Description[]
Similar to the Rossmore 236 used by the British Armed Forces, its primary fire shoots from one barrel and the secondary fire utilizes both barrels with the only difference being a slightly lower capacity and a different feed mechanism.
As the shotgun is made for close-quarters urban combat, its wide pellet spread is effective against large clusters of small enemies, especially Leapers.[1] Its secondary fire discharge both barrels for maximum stopping power. Its drawbacks is its low ammo capacity, and thus has to be constantly reloaded.
