Satan is the twelfth chapter of Resistance 3.
Synopsis[]
Joseph Capelli and Jonathan Rose explore the mine to find Satan. However, the creature itself finds them first. Joseph drives off Satan by shooting its eyes. He and Jonathan pursue Satan before being chased by the creature in the cavernous tunnels. The pair evades Satan by going through the smaller and narrower tunnels which the creature cannot reach. They find a way to seriously harm Satan by throwing an acetylene tank into its gaping maw and detonating it. Jonathan is wounded by Satan and he cannot continue on foot, forcing Joseph to hunt the Chimera by himself.
Joseph ends up being chased again by Satan and ends up being cornered near a service elevator. Using acetylene tanks, Joseph wounds the creature before throwing a tank into its opened mouth, and causing Satan's head to explode.

- Desperation: After opening the door and being chased by Satan, go underneath the stairs and crouch into a tunnel to find it.
- Who's Boss: After fighting Satan the second time, jump down and go left to find it with some ammo.
