Subject: Cloven May Be Continuing To Evolve

According to Colonel Parker, there is new data that suggests the Cloven are continuing
to evolve. Building on the studies conducted by Dr. Claude Bouchard in Luxembourg,
British Intelligence reports Cloven that seem to exhibit abilities similar to the more
advanced species of Chimera. All British forces have been ordered not to engage
the Cloven unless attacked. Colonel Parker recommend we take the same approach in
the event we encounter Cloven in Axbridge.
