Subject: Unexplained Construction Inside Chicago

May 3rd, 1952

Intelligence analysts at SRPA 3 have discovered a very peculiar pattern of construction
inside Chicago. It appears the Chimera are building a metal enclosure around and
above Wrigley Field. The framework of the enclosure extends approximately 300 feet
above ground. Analysts do not yet know what purpose the enclosure serves, or
what the Chimera are creating inside it. With Chimeran forces largely contained in
Chicago, we do not believe this is a high priority threat. We advised that Specter Team
be cleared for redeployment at other gray zones of more immediate strategic
significance.
