Roger Shaw is the husband of Monica Shaw and the father of Amy Shaw.
Roger and his daughter were imprisoned in Tunnel-Through by Judge George Ramsey, as a motive to force Roger's wife follow Ramsey's orders. Eventually when Monica betrays the New American Republic, and Ramsey banished Roger and Amy from Tunnel-Through. Eventually, Roger and his daughter stumble upon Haven, where Roger provided Haven's citizens and Marvin Kawecki of the United States Army information on Tunnel-Through's defences.
Roger later participates in the attack on Tunnel-Through and, even though it became a disaster, survived the battle.
