Robert Garret is a Major of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers who is mentioned in Resistance: Burning Skies.
Biography[]
Garret led the Army Corps of Engineers to conduct an analysis the lower deck of the George Washington Bridge at the behest of Captain Samuel Cooper from Ellis Island. After finishing his analysis, Garret confirmed the bridge to be able to support specific larger loads and traffic to Ellis Island.[1]
