The Maquis had tucked themselves away with enough supplies to hibernate for a very long winter. Their supplies came mostly from a mass looting of Europe, whose stores were fair game once all the people had fled west. Anything it takes, right? That's the only principle Mallery and I share. But if there's a line that can be crossed, he crossed it when he stole these crates of food and medicine. The crates were marked in huge letters, 'Saint Mary's Orphanage, Budapest.' These vital supplies had been bound for a home filled with needy kids. Again, I've no problem with that IF the orphanage were already abandoned, but given what I know about the Maquis -- they're ruthless bastards -- and I wouldn't be surprised if they had ripped this crate from the hands of the sisters at St. Mary's.
