- Seeing as out of all four Echo Team members, only Hawthorne's document mentions Operation Charon, none of the others aided in it or planned or executed it meaning that First Echo Team leader Lieutenant Hank Leavitt presumably planned and executed the Operation along with unknown members of Echo Team's squad.
Trivia[]
- In Greek mythology, Charon is the ferryman of Hades who carries souls of the newly deceased across the rivers Styx and Acheron that divided the world of the living from the world of the dead.
- Judging by that, this operation was probably a raid on and the destruction of a large Conversion Center.
