The Molotov is a bottle filled with kerosene. Once it makes contact with an enemy or surface, the affected area will ignite and burn for several seconds. The Molotov is a popular incendiary weapon among human survivors.[1]
It can be first found in a Remnants base in City of the Past.

- The term "Molotov" is a historical anachronism in the Resistance universe as it was coined by the Finns during the Winter War to serve as a pejorative reference to Soviet foreign minister Vyacheslav Molotov.
- Molotovs serves as a substitute for the Air Fuel Grenade.
- The Wardens are the only A.I. to use Molotovs.
- Molotov cocktails were mentioned in the Resistance: Burning Skies intel European News Blackout.
