In Cell Block A, in a cell on the second floor in the northern part of the cell block. The cell door is locked, and needs to be entered through a hole in the wall from a service tunnel behind the cells.

Dear Mom,
Something is happening here. All the guards left. The guy in the cell next to me says
the Chimera invaded America. Is it true? I got to get out of here. I will keep writing and
mail these letters when I can.
