Judge George Ramsey was the authoritarian leader of the New American Empire. He is the main antagonist of Resistance: A Hole in the Sky.
Biography[]
Prior to the Chimera's invasion, George Ramsey served as a district judge and had a stern, no-nonsense approach to law enforcement. After America fell to the Chimera, Ramsey began making an ambitious plan to form a successor state from the remnants of America in order to form an effective army to oppose the Chimera; Ramsey came to the conclusion that the former U.S. government failed to save their nation from the invaders, in which he believes humanity needed a strong authoritarian government to retake Earth from the Chimera. He dubbed his new nation, the "New American Empire".
To achieve his dream into reality, Ramsey led an expedition to destroy the remnants of the U.S. government at the Ozark National Forest in order to remove a virtual threat to his rule, and also stealing 5000 doses of the Hale vaccine; in which he plans to distribute the vaccines to other human communities to buy their loyalty and absorbing them into his regime, thereby creating an effective army of soldiers who are immune to the Chimeran virus.
