Frank was a member of the Minutemen and also the husband of Flo and father of Suzy. He wrote two of his notes to a companion of the Minutemen about his friend, Larry who killed three Chimera before he was overwhelmed and shot in his head by a Hybrid.[1] He also got the Hunter from an Advanced Hybrid.
Frank sent another note to his wife that he and two companions were trapped inside the Bridge Duct 2 of GWB and told her to go with his daughter to Protection Camp in Union City.[2]
