The Chimeran Transport Walker is a walking troop transporter that exclusively appears in Resistance: Burning Skies.
Characteristics[]
Although the exterior of these four-legged walkers appears to be heavily armoured, the slow walking speed and lack of defensive weaponry makes the walkers extremely vulnerable during battle. The legs and exterior looks similar to that of a Goliath.
Each walker is equipped with an ejectable compartment containing foot soldiers (e.g., Hybrids). Besides the deployment of Hybrids, the Transport Walker serves no further purpose on the battlefield. It also appears that these machines were only deployed by the Chimera during large operations, such as the Battle of New York City.
