Barker was a soldier that participated in Operation: Deliverance.
Having survived the initial landings, Barker was amongst the soldiers who rallied under Captain Winters's command and participated in the ultimately risky offensive to capture the bus depot from Chimeran forces.
During the battle in the bus depot, Barker was ordered by Winters to get behind the Sentry Guns at the north side of the depot. However, seeing as no one manages to get behind the Sentry Guns apart from Nathan Hale, he was most presumably killed by the entrenched Sentry Guns.
