Arthur is a resident of Mount Pleasant.
Biography
He can be seen standing by the wall. He spots a small group of Grims and Leeches and then fires a few rounds with his carbine. He manages to kill a Leech, causing it to explode and infect the surrounding Grims, allowing Capelli to enter the abandoned mining town.
